【Mina プロフィール / Biography】

18歳で単身渡米し、8年間のアメリカ留学へ。

南カリフォルニア大学（USC）で英語とアートを学びながら、ハリウッドのトップスタジオを拠点にダンスの技術を磨く。

Moved to the U.S. alone at 18 and spent 8 years there. While studying English and Art at the University of Southern California (USC), she immersed herself in dance, training at top studios in Hollywood.

現地のエージェントに所属する一握りのトップダンサーしか集まれないオーディションに挑み続ける中、その実力と個性を認められ、現地の振付師から直接オファーを受けてステージに立つ。

In LA’s fierce dance scene, she constantly challenged herself in exclusive auditions where only a select few agency-represented dancers could enter. Her talent and unique artistry caught the attention of a prominent choreographer, leading to a direct offer to perform on stage.

帰国後は、その経験と実力を武器に、B'zや倖田來未のバックダンサー、NHK紅白歌合戦など、数々の大舞台への出演を勝ち取る。

Upon returning to Japan, she leveraged her international experience to carve her own path. With no initial connections, her sheer talent landed her opportunities on Japan's biggest stages, performing as a backup dancer for major artists like B'z and Kumi Koda, as well as appearing on NHK’s Kohaku Uta Gassen.

プレイヤーとしての活動と並行し、指導者としても複数の芸能プロダクションで所属タレントの育成を担当。高橋メアリージュンさんをはじめ、多くのモデルやタレントの姿勢・表現力指導を手がける。

Alongside her performing career, she has built a strong reputation as an instructor, training talent at multiple entertainment agencies. She has coached numerous models and celebrities, including Maryjun Takahashi, focusing on posture and stage presence.

30年のキャリアを経て、現在はマンツーマンの個人レッスンに特化。

日米の厳しい現場で培ってきた確かな経験をベースに、指先・足先の洗練された魅せ方、美しい姿勢、独自の表現力を伝える丁寧な指導を行っている。

With a 30-year career, she now specializes exclusively in 1-on-1 private lessons. Grounded in her experience navigating the intense dance industries of both Japan and the U.S., she provides meticulous coaching that refines posture, precise detailing from fingertips to toes, and unlocks each individual's unique expression.
